What happens if there is a pricing error?
At Maison Al – Muhajabaat we strive to offer you only the best products at competitive prices, however at times an error may occur. In such a case Maison Al – Muhajabaat reserves the right to not honour pricing error’s listed on this site. On the occasion that an error occurs we will notify you and or cancel the order. Any authorised or charged payments will be refunded including any shipping and handling fees.
Why don’t you accept Paypal?
We’ve currently ceased accepting PayPal payments due to a change in policies. We offer 3 other quick and easy methods to securely complete your order.
Do you ship internationally and how much?
Yes we ship internationally and offer flat postal rates. Please visit the ‘Delivery ’ page.
*I live in the US but plan to visit the UK can I order my items and collect when I visit the UK?
Yes, we currently offer 2 options for international customers who wish to collect or have their item shipped to upon their visit to a UK address.
If you’ve opted to do this when ordering you must email us with your order number in the subject line specifying visiting dates and your desired address of delivery (if applicable), we will email you to confirm we have processed your request.
- If you are Preordering Custom Products you would need to order 3 months ahead of your visit to be eligible for our Delivery Guarantee.
- If you are ordering specific items from our Readymade section please order at the earliest possibility to avoid disappointment as our stock is limited and we cannot guarantee when a colour/size will be back in stock.

How long does a Custom made product take to arrive?
Why does it take so long for Custom items to arrive?
All of our custom made items are preorder only and are handmade in Morocco by our talented tailors at Tasnim Collections. Once our orders are completed a team of talented tailors quality check each piece for consistency before shipping it to the UK. Shipping from Morocco to the UK can take anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks.
Cancellations and Refunds
What should I do if my item is faulty or not as described?
As an ethical Muslim business our priority is providing an honest and transparent service.
Each item is checked by at least 3 members of staff on 3 separate occasions for quality and consistency.
Despite our best efforts there may be times when something goes amiss, on such an occasion we ask you email us at email@example.com with your order reference listed in the subject line with clear photos of the fault so our team can investigate.
Can I cancel or change my order once placed?
For our Custom Made (Preorder) products as per our Terms and Conditions we cannot guarantee any changes to colours or sizes once the order has been placed so please check your order carefully before reaching the Checkout.
What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?
Ready Made: We offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Provided the item is it’s original unused, resellable condition it was sold in minus any initial costs incurred to us (Shipping & Handling fees). The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Custom Made: As per our terms and conditions due to the nature of the items we cannot offer a refund or exchange for anything that is preordered from the custom made section unless it is deemed to have a fault.
