I understand in purchasing from the Customade section of www.maisonalmuhajabaat.com I confirm I have read and accept all terms and policies laid out on Maison Al-Muhajabaat’s website including but not limited to the following pages; Delivery, Returns and Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, FAQ, Terms and Conditions.

I understand and accept that any purchases made via Preorder fall under Salaam Transaction and we aim to deliver your product within 12 weeks of the closest group order deadline; this is normally the 15th or last day of the month. I understand and accept that due to the nature of their supplier contract Maison Al-Muhajabaat is unable to provide regular updates on individual orders but will provide them based on availability only.

I understand that Preorders are non refundable and non exchangeable except in the case the requested product, color or style being unavailable. If your product is faulty or not as expected you must contact Maison Al-Muhajabaat within 14 days with evidence the fault was present at the time of arrival; this could include but is not limited to providing photos and measurements of said fault.
