As most of our items are custom made in Morocco, our delivery times vary based on season and volumes of orders:
- High Season (May – September): 4-5 weeks from when orders close.
- Low Season (October – April): 3-4 weeks from when orders close.
These are estimates and not a guarantee and do not account for postal delays/customs in your country of residence.
Customers who are ordering for a specific occasion are to order at least 12 weeks ahead of time to qualify for our delivery guarantee. Please notify us of this in the ‘Delivery Notes’ section; failure to do so may void your guarantee. This is to allow us to ensure every possibility your order is delivered within the expected time frame.

International orders will be delivered within 3-10 working days depending on the country and potential custom checks.
Once your package has reached its country of destination, any customs or import fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check your country's Customs Office before ordering as we are unable to provide this information. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs regulations or any third-party delays.
Tracking information can be provided upon request. If the delivery is missed and the package is returned, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional charges, and your order will be refunded minus any shipping fees and costs incurred.
